What's in the box?
As Spika Design, we try our best to provide a well-designed, eco-friendly and protective box for the orders. You will receive your jewellery in a recyclable packaging with recyclable paper filling. It contains:
- The orders with a sealed packaging placed in a velvet jewellery pouch,
- Thank you card,
- Care Card for the best maintenance for your jewellery,
- Microfiber cleaning cloth.
Precautions
The material used in our products is mainly UV Resin. It is a polymeric product that cures and hardens with UV light. Every UV Resin or epoxy product tends to yellow over time. High temperatures, excessive amounts of (hot/lukewarm/cold) water and UV light, direct contact with chemicals, body lotions or perfumes can all cause the jewellery to discolor/yellow.
In order to keep the vibrant of your jewellery:
- Remove jewellery before going to bed or exercising.
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat or cold.
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotions or other chemicals.
- Remove your jewellery when bathing, showering or swimming. Keep it away from water.
- Clean the piece after use & wipe with a soft cloth.
- Do not scratch any surface of your jewellery, please use a soft polishing cloth instead.
- Store your jewellery in a jewellery box.
Warnings
All the connectors used in the products are non-precious metals, mainly stainless-steel or copper alloys. Brass is a natural metal that can oxidise to a darker, warmer gold over time.
To remove any oxidation and to restore it back to a shiny gold colour, please use a soft polishing cloth. It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth. Do not wash the polishing cloth otherwise it loses its effectiveness.
If you have sensitive skin or/and are allergic to stainless steel, copper and zinc alloy, or notice significant local contact dermatitis (skin reddening and itching), please remove the chain of your jewellery and replace it with the one that works best for your skin.
Keep your jewellery away from children. Do not bite, chew or swallow any jewellery pieces.
