Material/Product
What are the pendants made from?
The material used in our products is mainly UV Resin. It is a polymeric product that cures and hardens with UV light.
I want to order an out-of-stock item.
Don’t worry! Many Spika designs can be made again according to your request. Simply contact the Spika Design Team via email or contact form. The price of the remade item will be the same as its original.
Please keep in mind that the item you will receive might have slight differences from the one displayed in the store since it is impossible to find exactly the same flower or piece of plant.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
All the connectors used in the products are non-precious metals, mainly stainless-steel or copper alloys. If you have sensitive skin or/and are allergic to copper/zinc alloys, or notice significant local contact dermatitis (skin reddening and itching), please remove the chain of your jewellery and replace it with the one that works best for your skin.
Are the flowers used in the designs real?
Only real flowers are preferred at Spika Store. Most of the flowers are self-planted and cultivated, while some are picked during their season. They are pressed, dried and stored with care for Spika’s unique jewellery designs.

Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Items will be shipped within 3 to 7 days of completing your order. However, there are times when a product is in the production process and requires more time. In that case, customers will be informed of an estimated shipping date.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
Germany: 3-7 working days
Rest of EU: 7-14 working days
Non-EU Countries: 14-21 working days
Which logistics company is preferred for shipping?
Your order will be shipped by Deutsche Post/DHL.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you receive an international tracking number for your orders. You can either track your order by official Deutsche Post tracking app or using https://parcelsapp.com.
Do you offer free worldwide shipping?
Free shipping is available for all orders over €100.
Customized Jewellery
How can I order a customized jewellery?
First, you need to fill the contact form or send us an e-mail about your customized jewellery. You will be informed about the process, duration, pricing and advance payment of your unique design.

Can I cancel my customized jewellery order?
Yes, you may cancel your customized jewellery order. However, the advance payment will not be returned in that case.
Can I return my customized jewellery?
Unfortunately, we do not accept the return of the customized jewelleries, since they are personalized.
Cancellation & Return
Can I exchange a previously bought item?
You may return the item that you are dissatisfied with in a new condition and in the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that only completely returned items can be exchanged. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Please see Shipping & Returns for further information.
How can I return my order?
Please contact us via email or contact form and inform Spika Design that you want to return your purchase. We accept returns under these conditions:
- Return within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn and returned in original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Send them to our address in a sealed, stamped envelope
- Make sure that either your name or your order number is visible.
Please note that we may refuse your return unless the terms above are satisfied.
I received the wrong item.
If you have received an incorrect item, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
Please inform the Spika Design Team immediately. You will receive a refund confirmation and a shipping label for your return.
When will my return be refunded?
Your money will be refunded within 14 days of returning the items.
If you buy via credit card, we will credit the money to your credit card account and if you paid by PayPal, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
I want to cancel my order.
You can cancel your order before it is confirmed, prepared or shipped. Once you place your order, you will be informed about the stage. If you want to cancel your order after it is shipped, you must initiate a return process. Please check Shipping & Returns and the Cancellation Policy for more information.
Repair & Maintenance
My jewellery is broken.
Repairs are accepted, and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage. Please contact us via e-mail or fill the contact form for further details.
How can I prevent my jewellery from yellowing?
Every UV Resin or epoxy product tends to yellow over time. Please see the Care Card delivered with your order and Warnings & Precautions section for instructions on how to best care for your jewellery.
The connectors/chains/ring bases of my jewellery have darkened.
Brass is a natural metal that can oxidise to a darker, warmer gold over time. To remove any oxidation and to restore it back to a shiny gold color, you can use a soft polishing cloth.
My soft cloth has darkened.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth. Do not wash the polishing cloth otherwise it loses its effectiveness.
