Payment Methods
In our online shop, we offer various safe payment options via Stripe and Paypal. If you do not receive an e-mail with an order confirmation within 48 hours, the payment method you have selected did not work out. In that case, please contact us via e-mail “[email protected]” or fill the contact form.
Prepayment
You can finalize the payment of your order by prepayment. In order to use this method, please contact us via e-mail and we will guide you on how to proceed ordering via prepayment.
Credit Card
You can also pay with your credit card which was securely encrypted via Stripe. Simply select the credit card payment method. Here you only have to enter your credit card details and your payment will be transferred to us and we can process and ship your order.
Giropay
A payment via giropay guarantees you a simple and secure transfer of money on the Internet. By selecting the payment method giropay, you must first enter the bank code at the end of the order process – then you will be redirected directly to the online banking of your bank. The completed payment form must then only be authorized by you. The authorization of the transfer is done via a TAN procedure or the generation of a PIN.
Please be advised, that this payment method can only be used if your bank offers giropay as a form of payment and you are able to use online banking. After completing the transfer, you will be redirected back to our website and you will receive a confirmation of the payment, so that we can process your order immediately.
Apple Pay
The Apple Pay payment service allows consumers to pay contactless, in-app and on desktop through the newest Apple Macbook and iMac’s. Consumers are able to securely store credit and debit card details into their Apple Pay wallet and confirm payment by simply scanning their fingerprint with Apple’s Touch ID or by using Face ID (powered by Stripe).
Google Pay
Google Pay lets hundreds of millions of people add payment cards to their Google Accounts. Users can check out from any Google product, without having to enter their payment details each time (powered by Stripe).
SOFORT
You can also choose an uncomplicated SOFORT bank transfer as a payment option. You will be automatically redirected to the encrypted sofort.com payment mask. Here you enter your usual access data for internet banking. Your transfer data will then be automatically encrypted and sent to your bank. Confirm your payment via SOFORT Überweisung with the generated TAN. Finally, we receive a real-time confirmation of the transfer and can immediately process and ship your order.
iDeal
iDeal allows you to pay for your order quickly and easily. If you have access to online banking at a participating Dutch bank, you can select iDeal as your payment method. During checkout, you will be redirected to the payment page of your bank, where you can log in with your credentials to complete the transfer. After the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected back to our website and receive an order confirmation by email.
SEPA Direct Debit
With SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) direct debit, we collect your payment from your bank account with the given IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC Number (formerly known as SWIFT-Code) on the day we begin to manufacture your order. This service is provided by Stripe.
PayPal
PayPal is the online payment method that enables people to send money and to shop online without sharing financial information. Shoppers can pay from their PayPal preloaded balance, directly from their bank account or stored credit cards like MasterCard and Visa. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a separate confirmation email from PayPal and we will start processing your order. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
