Are you not satisfied with your order or is something not right? Don’t worry, we are here to help! We accept returns under these conditions:

• Return within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn and returned in original condition
• Include the original packaging
• Send the items to our address in a sealed, stamped envelope
• Make sure that either your name or your order number is visible

We may refuse your return unless the terms above are satisfied.

Items to be returned must be sent back to Spika Design without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day after notification. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns except problems due to us. We may refuse a refund until we receive the products back or until the customer provides proof of returning the products.

Your payment will be refunded within 14 days after returning the items. If you purchased by credit card, we will credit the money to your credit card account and if you paid by PayPal, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.

If you have received an incorrect item, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Please inform the Spika Design Team immediately. You will receive a return confirmation and a label.

Sets are considered to be a SINGLE item. The packaging must therefore be unopened and no partial packs or single items may be returned.

Exclusion of Return Rights

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the return option for the customized jewellery. These orders are directly tailored for you, the returns and refunds of these products are not accepted.
